Chap. 154.—An ACT to Declare Pigg River, in Pittsylvania County, a
Lawful Fence.

Approved March 11, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assemblytof Virginia, That
Pigg river, in the couuty of Pittsylvania, from its mouth to
the Franklin county line, be and the same is hereby declared a
lawful fence as to the proprietors and occupants of land on
said river between said points.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
