Chap. 145.—An ACT forthe Relief of Nathaniel Prince, of the County
of Loudoun.
Approved March 7, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized
and required to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out
of any money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of
Nathaniel Prince, for ten dollars and twenty-four cents, that
being the amount collected of said Prince for taxes for the
years eighteen hundred and sixty-five, sixty-six, sixty-seven,
sixty-eight and sixty-nine, erroneously assessed against him.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
