Chap. 133.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact the Fourth Section of an
Act passed March Twenty-sixth, Eighteen Hundred and Sixty, entitled
an Act to Incorporate the Masonic Hall Association in the Town of
Harrisonburg.
In force March 4, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the fourth section of an act passed March twenty-sixth, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty, entitled an act to incorporate the Ma-
sonic Hall Association in the town of Harrisonburg, be amended
pnd re-enacted so as to read as follows:
“3 4. That Rockingham Union Lodge number twenty-seven,
of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, shall have power to re-
move any member of the board of trustees for cause deemed
sufficient by the‘lodge, and to fill any vacancies in said board:
provided, that no one shall be a trustee who is not a resident
of the town of Harrisonburg.’
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this act are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
