Chap. 119.—An AOT Authorizing the County Court of Spotsylvania to
Re-arrange the Boundaries wherein the Fence Law shall be Operative.
Approved February 27, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the county court of Spotsylvania, after thirty days’
notice shall have been posted at the front door of the court-
house, to rescind an order heretofore made by said court, adopt-
ing the provisions of an act entitled an act relating to fences
and for the protection of crops, passed January twenty-sixth,
eighteen hundred and sixty-six; and the said court is hereby
authorized to re-arrange the boundaries in said county where-
in said act shall be operative and otherwise, as said court shall
deem to be proper and judicious.
2. The said order and re-arrangement shall not go into effect
or become operative until six months after its date.
3. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
