Chap. 80.—JOINT RESOLUTION Appropriating Money for the Removal
of the Remains of the Late Senator Riddick.
Approved February 21, 1871.
Resolved by the senate (the house of delegates concurring),
That the committee from the senate, appointed to attend the
faneral of the late Senator Riddick, be authorized to incur
such expense 3s may be necessary to secure the removal of
his remains to his former home; and that the auditor of the
state be authorized to pay such amount, (not exceeding one
hundred and fifty dollars), from any money in the treasury of
the state not otherwise appropriated.
