Chap. 75.—An ACT making an Appropriation to Furnish aud Fit Up. the
State Courthouse.

Approved February 20, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sum of
nine hundred dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
to be expended under the direction of the governor, in fur-
nishing the room of the supreme court of appeals, the clerk’s
office thereof, and the rooms of the law library and _ historical
society In the state courthouse.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
