Chap. 44.—An ACT Fixing the Fees of Clerks of .County and Corporation
Courts in Certain Cases.

Approved January 14, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
clerks of the county courts and of the corporation courts be
allowed the same fees in all cases which are now allowed by
law to the clerks of circuit courts in like cases.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage, and all acts
and parts of acts in conflict with the same are hereby re-
pealed.
