Chap. 35.—An ACT in Relation to the Disposition of the Funds paid into
the State Treasury for the Hire of Convicts.
Approved January 14, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
all fands paid into the treasury for the hire of penitentiary
convicts, be placed to the credit of the penitentiary, to be paid
out subject to the draft of the general agent, approved by the
beard of directors.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
