Chap. 3.—An ACT extending the time for the Land Assessor of Fa'rfax
county to make his returns.

Approved December 19, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the assessor
of Fairfax county, appointed under the act approved July
ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled an act providing
for the reassessment of the lands throughout the common-
wealth, and the act amendatory thereto, shall have until the
first day of February, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, in
which to make out return copies of assessment, as required by
sald act.

2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
