Chap. 20.—An ACT Extending the Time for the Land Assessors of Frede-
rick County to Make their Returns.

Approved December 22, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the asses-
sors of Frederick county, appointed under the act approved
July the ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled an act
providing for the re-assessment of the lands throughout the
commonwealth, and the act amendatory thereto, shall have
until the first day of February, eighteen hundred and seventy-
one, in which to make out return copies of assessment, as re-
quired by said act.

2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
