Chap. 186.—An ACT Declaring a Portion of Clinch River a Lawful Fence
in Scott County. ;
Approved March 23, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Clinch river
be and the same is hereby declared to be a lawful fence from
the mouth of Guest’s river, in the county of Scott, to the
point where said river crosses the line between the state of
Virginia and the state of Tennessee.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
