Chap. 169.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Section 6, Chapter 250, of
the Acts of 1869-’70, entitled an Act to Incorporate the Town of Gor-
donsville.
Approved March 22, 1871.

correspond and conform in this particular with the act of the
general assembly, chapter four hundred and twenty-eight, en-
titled an act for the government of cities and town of less
than five thousand inhabitants; therefore,

as follows:
“$6. The time and manner of holding and conducting the

all respects, conformable with the provisions of chapter four
hundred and twenty-eight of the acts of the general assembly,
approved November fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy, en-
titled an act for the government of towns of less than five
thousand inhabitants.”
