Chap. 161.—An ACT to Repeal the Fence Law in Lee and Dranesville
Townships, Fairfax County.
In Force, March 21, 1871.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the townships of Lee and Dranesville, in the county of Fairfax,
be and the same are hereby exempted from the operation of
the law passed January twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and
sixty-six, entitled an act relating to fences, and for the pro-
tection of crops; that within the boundaries of said townships
the said act is hereby repealed, and the provisions of the Code
of eighteen hundred and sixty, suspended, thereby restored to
full force and virtue.
2. This act shall be in force from and after such time as shall
be designated by an order of the judge of the county court of
Fairfax county entered in the records of said court.
