Chap. 160.—An ACT to Incorporate the Towns of Middleburg, Hills--
borough, and Hamilton, in the County of Loudoun.

Approved March 21, 1871.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the towns
of Middleburg, Hillsborough, and Hamilton, in the county of
Loudoun, be and are hereby declared to be incorporated under
the provisions of the act entitled an act for the government of
towns of less than five thousand inhabitants, approved No-
vember five, eighteen hundred and seventy.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
