Chap. 15.—An ACT to Repeal Section 17 of Chapter 64 of the Code of
Virginia (edition of 1860), in Relation to Roads and Ferries.

Approved December 22, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
seventeen of chapter sixty-four of the Code of Virginia, be
and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
