Retain Senate Bill 209.

Agreed to March 6, 1871.

Resolved by the house of delegates (the senate concurring),
That the keeper of the rolls be and he is hereby instructed to
retain senate bill number two hundred and nine, entitled an act
to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to incorporate the
town of Liberty in the county of Bedford.
