Chap. 100.—An ACT to Repeal Sections 49 to 55, both inclusive, of Chap-
ter 88, Code of 1860, in Relation to the Inspection of Guano and Plaster
of Paris.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly, That sections
forty-nine, fifty, fifty-one, fifty-two, fitty-three, fifty-four, and
fifty-five, of chapter eighty-eight of the Code of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty, be and the same are hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
