Agreed to December 13, 1870.

Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
secretary of the commonwealth be instructed to procure from
the census bureau at Washington, as soon as practicable, an
oflicial copy of the number of inhabitants in each county, city
town and township in this state, for the use of the general
assembly in reapportioning the state for members of the gene.
ral assembly.
