Chap. 312.—An ACT Declaring New River, in the County of Wythe, a
Lawful Fence from Andrew 8. Fulton's Ferry to the Ferry of Samuel J.
Williams.

Approved July 11, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the bed of
New river be and the same is hereby declared to be a lawful
fence from Andrew S. Fulton’s ferry, in the county of Wythe,
to the ferry of Samuel J. Williams, in the said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
