Chap. 302.—An ACT to Authorize the Payment of a Sum of Money to J.
L. Carrington for the Use and Occupation of the Ballard House by the
General Assembly.
Approved July 11, 1870.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized to issue bis
warrant upon the treasury, to be paid out of any money not
otherwise appropriated, in favor of J. L. Carrington for the
sum of one hundred dollars, as compensation for the use and
occupation of the Ballard House by the general assembly.
2. This act shall be in force from and aiter its passage.
