Chap. 260.—An ACT Prescribing what Counties and Corporations shal,
Compose the First Judicial Circuit.

Approved July 11, 1870.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the counties
of Norfolk, Princess Anne, Nansemond, Isle of Wight, South-
ampton, and Surry, and the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth,
shall constitute the first judicial circuit.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
