Chap. 223.—JOINT RESOLUTION for Removal of Books over the Portico
of the Capitol.

Approved July 9, 1870.

Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the su-
perintendent of public buildings be authorized and required,
under direction of the secretary of the commonwealth, to re-
move to an eligible room or building the books now stored in
a room over the portico of the capitol.
