Chap. 82.—An ACT to anchorize the County Court of Amberst to sell the
stock held by that county in the Orange and Alexandria Railroad.

Passed April 24 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the veneral assembly, That the county
court of “Amherst be and it is hereby authorized to sell the
stock held by that county in the Orange and Alexandria rail-
road. whenever it shall he deemed expedient by the said
court: provided that, before an order to that effect shall be.
made by said court, ail the Justices of said county shall be
summoned for that purpose,’and a majority thereof shall
coneur therein.

2. This act shall be in torce from its passage.
