Adopted April 28, 1867.

Resolved by the general assembly, That so much of
joint rekolution in regard to a recess of the general sexemh'y y,
adopted on sixteenth March, cizhteen hundred and sixty-
seven, as relates to the per diem of members of the ever!
assembly, be and is hereby rescinded.
