Chap. 44.—An ACT to repeal the act passed February 16, 1866, entitled
an act to authorize a special police to search for stolen property, so far
as it applies to the city of Alexandria.

Passed April 15, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act en-
titled an act to authorize a special police to search for stolen
property, passed February sixteenth, eighteen hundred and
stxty-six, be and the same is her eby repealed, so far as the
city of Alexandria is concerned.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
