Chap. 122.—An ACT to amend the title of an aet concerning witnesses,
passed March 2d, 1866.

Passed April 20, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the title of
an act passed March second, eighteen hundred and SIXty “SIX,
enuitled an act to repeal an act entitled an act relating to wi
esses, passed by the general assembly of the restored nov.
ernment of Virginia, on the twenty-ninth day of January,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, be amended and re-enacted
so us to read as follows:

“An act relating to witnesses, and repealing an act entitled
an act relating to witnesses, passed by the general assembly
of the restored government of Virginia, on the twenty-ninth
day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.’
