Chap. 113.—An ACT for the relief of Severn FE. Wilkins, of Portsnmouth.
Passed April 26, 1867.
Whereas, at the August term of the hustings court of the
city of Portsmouth, a fine was imposed on S, 1. Wilkins for
retailing ardent spirits without a proper license, and the said
sergeant of the said city not having paid the fine into the
treasury of the commonwealth: Therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That George
Neville, sereeant of the city of Portsmouth, is hereby au-
thorized gnd directed to return to 8. E. Wilkins the sum of
fifty dollars,and the amount of costs heretofore imposed and
collected of the said 8S. E. Wilkins.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
