CHAPTER 9

An act to prowde for the pay of the Adjutant-General
and defray the expenses of his office.

Passed June 22d, 1865.

Sxo. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That
the sum of fifteen hundred dollars be, and.the same is hereby
appropriated out of any sum not otherwise appropriated in
the public treasury for the pay of the Adjutant-General,
and to defray the necessary contingent expenses of his office
to the end of the present fiscal year.

Sxo. 2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
