CHAPTER 13

An act for organizing City Corporations and Courts of
Hustings.

Passed June 23d, 18658

Src. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Virginia, That, in the organization of Corporations and 6
Courts of Hustings under the restored Government of Vir-e
ginia, the Governor shall proceed in the same manner as‘
prescribed in the ordinance attached to thg Constitution for
organizing the counties of this Commonwealth.

Src. 2. This act shall be in force from its passage. ‘
