ment of a fine.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That.

B.S. Hooper be and he is hereby released from the payment of
a fine imposed upon him by the county court of Prince Ed-
ward county upon a conviction for an assault and battery.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
