Chap. 93.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Episcopal church
of St. Thomas’ parish, at Orange courthouse, to dispose of and
convey their church lot near Ruackersville, Greene county, Virginia.

Approved April 2, 1879.

Whereas the trustees and congregation of the Episcopal
church in Saint Thomas’ parish, at Orange courthouse, Vir-
ginia, desire to dispose of and convey their church lot, contain-
ing, by estimation, about four acres of land, near Ruckersville,
Greene, county, Virginia; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Episcopal church aforesaid have the powe1
to dispose of and convey their said church lot near Ruckers.
ville, Greene county, Virginia, in such manner, and upon suck
terms and to such persons as to them may seem right anc
proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
