CHAP. 83.—An ACT declaring seetions 1,2 and 8 of chapter 97 of the
Code of 1873, in relation to fences, in foree in certain districts of
Dinwiddie county.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That in those dis-
tricts of Dinwiddie connty in whieh the provision; of the act
passed January twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six,
entitled an act relating to fences, and for the protection of
erops, are or may be inoperative. Chapter ninety-seven of the
Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three shall also be in-
operative, except sections one, two and eight, which shall be im
force in said districts. ,

2. 'Puis act shall be in force from its passage.
