CHAP. 36.—An ACT to repeal the act entitled an act to empower the
eounty court of Essex and the county court of Richmond county to
grant to any person the right to establish a ferry across the Rappa-
hannock river at Tappahannock,

Approved March 31, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That :
an act entitled an act to empower the county court of Essex j
county and the county court of Richmond county to grant to
any person or persons the right to establish a ferry across
the Rappahannock river at Tappahannock, approved February
first, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, be and the same is
hereby repealed,

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. (
