CHAP. 18.—An ACT for the relief of Ira F. Jordan & Co., of Louisa
county.
Approved March 28, 1879,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Ira F. Jordan and Company be at liberty to apply to the county
court of Louisa county to have the assessment of their land
in Louisa county corrected; and the said county court shall
proceed upon said motion under the sixth seetion of chapter
thirty-two of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three,
as though said motion had been made in the time prescribed by
said section: provided all the costs of said motion shall be
borne by the said Ira I. Jordan and Company.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
