CHAP. 127.—An ACT to secure the southern wall of the capitol.
Approved April 2, 1°79.
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly, That it shall be
the duty ef the superintendent of public buildings te cause
such tie-rods to be inserted in the walls of the library as will.
prevent farther bulging of the south wall, as suggested by the
report of Messieurs Lybrock and Myers, submitted to the sen-
ate through the superintendent of public buildings on the
twenty-fifth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine.
2. The cost shall be paid out of the contingent fund.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
