CHAP. 120.—An ACT for the relief of W. B. Beach, of Prince
Edward county.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts 1s hereby authorized and directed
to issue his warrant on the treasurer in favor of W. B. Beach,
of Prince Edward county, for the sum of fifty-one dollars and
eighty-five cents, being the amount erroneously assessed against
him for the years eighteen hundred and seventy-six, eighteen
hundred and seventy-seven, and eighteen hundred and seventy-
eight, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appro-
priated.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
