CHAP. 98.—An ACT for the relief of James H. Noel, of King and
Queen county.

Approved February 19, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
James H. Noel is hereby released from the payment of a fine of
thirty dollars imposed upon him by the county court of King
and Queen county, at the March session, eighteen hundred and
seventy-seven, of said court.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
