CHAP. 93.—An ACT to authorize the town of Herndon, in the county
of Fairfax, to organize a separate school district.
Approved February 19, 1880.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the town of Herndon, in their corporate
capacity, to organize a separate school district within their cor-
porate boundaries, hereby granting them the same privilege
enjoyed by towns of five hundred and less than five thousand
inhabitants.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
