CHAP. 89.—An ACT to authorize the principal of Turkey Cove High
School to confer certificates of distinction.

Approved February 19, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of the state of Vir-
ginia, That the principal of Turkey Cove high school, situated
at Turkey Cove, in the county of Lee, shall have power to
confer such certificates of proficiency and distinction as he
may think proper to promote the cause of education.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
