CHAP. 7.—An ACT to authorize a change in the site of the terminal
station in Richmond of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac
Railroad Company.

Approved December 19, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Rich-
mond, Fredericksburg and Potomac railroad company be and
is hereby authorized to remove its terminal station and depot
in the city of Richmond from its present site to such point or
points within the said city as shall be approved by the common
council and board of aldermen of the said city, and that from
and after such removal the said company shall not be bound by
its charter or by any law of this commonwealth to maintain or
operate any railroad in Broad street east of Belvidere street in
the said city.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
