CHAP. 56.—An ACT prescribing the times for holding the courts of
the eighteenth judicial circuit.
Approved February 10, 1880.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the judge of the eighteenth judicial circuit shall hold regular
terms of his court, beginning as follows: Rockingham county,
October twenty-fifth, January twenty-fifth, May fifteenth, of
each year; Shenandoah county, September first, December
tenth, April first, of each year; Page county, September thir-
tieth, April twentieth, of each year.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act be
and the same are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
