CHAP. 40.—An ACT to change the time of holding circuit courts in
Essex county.

Approved February 4, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the circuit
court of Essex county, ninth judicial circuit, shall hold its
terms as hereinafter specified, to-wit: Essex county, March
fifteenth and September fifteenth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage, and all acts
and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
