CHAP. 35.—An ACT to fix the time for holding the terms of the
circuit court of Campbell county.
Approved February 2, 1880.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the circuit
court of Campbell county shall hereafter hold two regular
terms in each year; the spring term to commence on the
twenty-fifth day of April, and the fall term to commence on
the twenty-fifth day of October.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.
3. This act shall commence and be in force from its passage.
