CHAP. 292.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the act to regulate the
terms of the Circuit Courts in the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
Approved March 9, 1880.
1..Be it enacted, That an act approved twenty-seventh of
February, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, entitled an act
to change the times for holding circuit courts in the fourth
judicial circuit, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
lows :
§ 1. City of Danville—January fifteenth and June tenth. 1
County of Halifax—April first and November fifth. H
County of Pittsylvania—April twentieth and November rp
renty-fifth.
County of Franklin—May tenth and October twenty-sixth. F
County of Henry—May twenty-first and October eighteenth. 4
County of Patrick—May twenty-eighth and October eleventh. P
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are ni
reby repealed.
8. This act shall be in force from its passage. c
HAP. 293.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act
approved January 24, 1880, entitled an act to regulate the times of
holding circuit courts in the ninth judicial circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section one 5
’ the act approved January twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred
id eighty, entitled an act to regulate the times of holding cir-
1it courts of the ninth judicial circuit, be amended and re-en-
‘ted so as to read as follows:
§1. That the circuit courts of the ninth judicial circuit be
sreafter held at the times hereinafter specified, to-wit :
County of Essex—On the fifteenth of March and fifteenth of
2ptember.
County of King William—On the first of April and first of &
ctober.
County of King and Queen—On the twelfth of April and &
velfth of October.
County of Northumberland—On the twenty-second of April x
id twenty-second of October.
County of Lancaster—On the twenty-fifth of April and L
venty-fifth of October.
County of Gloucester—On the fifteenth of May and fifteenth
’ November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage, and all acts c
1d parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
