CHAP. 290.—An ACT to amend an act passed February 27, 1880
entitled an act for appointment of powder ofticer for the harbor o:
Norfolk and Portsmouth. ;

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act passed
February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled
an act for the appointment of powder officer for the harbor of
Norfolk and Portsmouth be amended by the addition of the
following section :

§ 2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
