CHAP. 286.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4 of an act
approved February 2, 1880, entitled an act to incorporate the Vir-
ginia Angora Company.

Approved March 9, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section four of an act approved February second, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty, entitled an act to incorporate the Virginia
Angora Company, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows :

§4. The minimum capital shall not be less than twenty-five
thousand dollars, nor shall the maximum capital exceed two
million dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
