Chap. 280.—An ACT authorizing the Board of Supervisors of Frede-
rick county to declare inoperative as to said county or any district
thereof the act relating to fences and for the protection of crops,
passed January 26, 1866.

Approved March 9, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the board of
supervisors of the county of Frederick, sitting at any general
or special meeting thereof, a majority being present, and a
majority of those present concurring, may, with the consent of
the county court entered of record, declare the provisions of
the act relating to fences and for the protection of crops,
passed January twenty-six, eighteen hundred and sixty-six,
inoperative in said county, or in any one or more of the magis-
terial districts thereof, from a date to be fixed by the board.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
