CHAP. 239.—An ACT to repeal section 1 of an act entitled an act for
the protection of fish in the waters of the Commonwealth above
tide-water so far as applicable to the waters of the Pamunkey, the
Mattaponi, and the Chickahominy and their tributaries.

Approved March 8, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section one of chapter two hundred and twelve of the Acts of
General Assembly, approved March twenty-first, eightecn hun-
dred and seventy-seven, entitled an act for the protection of
fish in the waters of the commonwealth above tide-water so far
as relates to the waters of the Chickahominy, the Pamunkey,
and the Mattaponi and their tributaries, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
