CHAP. 213.—An ACT to incorporate the Barboursville (Orange County,
Virginia) Mercantile and Manufacturing Company.
Approved March 6, 1880.
Corporators 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
H. J. Henkel, E. W. Brooking, William A. Jennings, C. L.
Graves, John Keyser, Richard Herndon, Thomas J. Davis, and
such other persons as may associate with them under this act,
shall be and are hereby incorporated and made a body politic

holders in general meeting; and the said persons whose names
are above recited, together with their present and future asso-
ciates, are hereby invested with all the rights, powers and
privileges, and are made subject to all the rules, regulations
and restrictions provided and prescribed in the Code of Vir-
ginia, so far as they are applicable to and are not inconsistent
with the powers and rights herein granted.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
