CHAP. 183.—An ACT authorizing the School Trustees of Richmond
district, Wise county, Virginia, to sell one acre of Cold Spring
tract of land.

Approved March 4, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the school trustees of Richmond district, Wise county, Virginia,
be empowered to sell one acre of the Cold Spring tract of land,
which lies in said district, the proceeds to be applied to the
improvement of the school property on said land; and that the
said trustees shall be empowered to convey to the purchaser
their title to the same, which shall be good and sufficient.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
